Villages built on the mountains' slopes, with typical grained houses adorned

The route crosses the Gennargentu massif, where it will be possible to
get to the island's highest hilltop's slopes, punta La Marmora 1834 m.
Through tracks (approximately 60% of the route) we will meet the shepherds,
jealous guardians of the country and good cookers of simple but genuine
dishes, we will eat roasts cooked on the embers and drink the typical
Sardinian wine, Cannonau, and in the evening, all around the fire, we
will pay attention to these men's stories, who sacrificed their life for
the work.
