We collaborate with agencies which attend to corporate
training and incentive, providing technical and logistic support, supplying
equipments, stuff and skilled staff, interpreters, psychologists, assistants
to practical and sporting activities.
Team building
The team building is an instrument, for the organizations, to improve
the feeling of reciprocate trust, in particular in changing, transformation
and reorganization periods.
It can encourages and develops specific and effective modalities of participation
to the work team, promoting fast processes of integration and cooperation.
The primary target is the emotional power's development, as catalyst of
personal and corporate improvement.
The indispensable competences to achieve the target belong to some people:
the fellow's motivation to work passes through the identification with
it and with the group he belongs to.
We can speak about functional group when inside the group values and targets
are shared, when the leadership's practice is facilitated, the delegation's
capability too, everything with feeling of belongings and trust, with
possibility of managing and dealing with conflicts.
Through the team building's experience, the consultant identifies the
dynamics which inhibit the team to work at the best and explains them
to the group for being able to get over them end catching up the assigned
target.

Outdoor training
Outdoor training is the most fast and effective method for companies and
teams work to develop the necessary attitude for working in a strategic
way, involving the fellows in a different surroundings and different situations
from the daily ones, proposing some activities which force them to think
and act out of their regular mental and behavioral schemes.
After proposing to the group some challanges, we analyze the way to deal
with them, generally the same way utilized in the real working contexts.
The target is enabling to pull out the single's and group's strength and
weakness, in a contest without daily pressures and conditionings.
Here some outdoor training experiences proposed to the participants
during the team building exercises:
- Triathlon utilizing different sports equipments
- Survival skills: orienteering, looking for food and water in
natural surroundings
- Building of shelters and pallets for the night, lighting the fire,
cooking food
- Building up and getting over the Tibetan bridge
- Construction of rafts for crossing lakes and creeks
- Woad of a river
- Crossing diffuculties (walls, fances, cliffs, canyons ecc.) utilizing
different skills
- Exploring sea and lacustrine surroundings utilizing the canoe
